I’d blocked Instagram and Twitter years ago and was still losing whole afternoons, sitting down to write and surfacing two hours later having reorganized my Notion. No blocker catches that, because it looks exactly like work.

Step 1:Choose your task

Step 2:Pick your apps

Step 3:Focus, or else.
How it works
Tell Kiki the one thing you're going to do. Pick only the apps and sites you need. Set your time, hit start. Open something you don’t need and Kiki lights it on fire.

Drift off and Kiki reacts: flips your lights, sets things on fire, shares its opinions, because a character can say things a notification never could.

Kiki works alongside you the whole session, typing away, so focus feels like company instead of surveillance.
“It’s playful, but it actually works.”
“I didn’t expect how attached I’d get to this little character.”
“Kiki is helpful for sneaky stuff like email, Slack, ‘productive’ procrastination.”
“Working feels less lonely with Kiki there.”

Kiki tracks how focused you actually were, per session and over time, for the gap between “I’ve been working” and the truth.
